To just send the "DESTROY" signal on "dispose" and than directly call "finalize" is a bad idea, since e.g. ThunarFolder only removes the ThunarFile from the collection after some delay. Instead, just rely on other objects to release the ThunarFile, and as such the reference count will drop to 0 and finalize will be called.

If a DESTROY signal of a ThunarFIle is received, always call "thunar_folder_remove_file". This will  remove the file as well from the "added_files_map", if it was not added yet to the "files_map".

This is required in order to still locate such ThunarFiles, after a G_FILE_MONITOR_EVENT_DELETED is received.
Otherwise it can happen that fail to react to iG_FILE_MONITOR_EVENT_DELETED, even if the related ThunarFile is still used in views.

Some modern keyboards provide special keys for various actions. This commit provides default keybindings for some of them which do make sense for thunar.

Introduce a new hidden setting property "misc-ctrl-scroll-wheel-to-zoom" that allows users to toggle zoom with the ctrl + scroll wheel combination.

By default, this feature is enabled (set to TRUE).

This change reverts c0d278a1 so that adding toolbar buttons does not
increase the minimum width of the Thunar window anymore.

Further ensure that every toolbar item has a label which is used to
identify the item in the overflow menu.
