Make "Empty Trash" more accessible

At the moment, one can only empty the trash by right clicking on a trash icon (in thunar sidebar, on the desktop or on the panel) and selecting the option.

When viewing the trash folder in Thunar, it would be great to have a more direct option to empty the trash. For example Nautilus creates a "banner" with an "Empty Trash" button. It may not be perfect, but I think it's a nice improvement.

Maybe a button in the toolbar (or somewhere else...) would be enough.
