If the xfconf property does not exist at all, it won't touch the
switch's state.  Since xfpm defaults to TRUE, we should set the switch
active by default in the UI description.

If the setting was set to never before this change, this will have the
effect of setting it to 14, since this value was used as a reference for
disabling system sleep. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable and it is not
possible to implement backward compatibility, since 14 is now also a
possible value. Users will therefore have to manually set the value to 0
to disable system sleep after this change.

It's an inconvenience, but this behavior really deserved to be fixed.

Just keep its deactivation in case of inhibition. The timeout should be
set from the settings of the screensaver used, otherwise it causes
unresolvable conflicts and erratic behavior from the user's point of
view.

Adds app icon at 64px and 96px. This should give a
cleaner look in system menus like App Finder, Whisker Menu.

Removes export path strings from SVGs, metadata which Inkscape added on export.

Note:
Inkscape recently changed to save export paths as relative
paths so this shouldn't be an issue in the future.

Reason for reverting is that the "magical value" for suspending is
changed so existing configurations result in unpredictable behavior.

Upgraded patch 5917 to work with current master.

This may help with broken battery scenarios and there is little harm in
allowing this in the UI.

- Bump minimal xdt version

This commit introduces two new options:
1) Configuring the amount of brightness steps
2) Whether to distribute the steps in a linear or exponential way

Both options are presented in the settings dialog and affect the
brightness keys and the panel plugin.

Both tabs now use Stackswitchers to allow users to switch between the
"on battery" and "on ac" settings. This gets rid of the huge table we
used to have and makes it easier to hide all "on battery" settings.

The icons were lost during the transition from GtkStock.
