'Blank after' not accurate if screensaver enabled

If Xfce's screensaver is enabled, when the time period set to wait before going blank ends in the display power management settings, the screensaver will appear and it won't go blank when 'Blank Screen' isn't the screensaver that is chosen, so 'Blank after' doesn't seem to a suitable label.
