Fix handling of special columns in list view

Theo Linkspfeifer requested to merge lastonestanding/thunar:special-columns into master
  • Make the special columns non mutable in the column editor
  • Ensure that these columns are only visible for specific locations
  • Exclude them when saving the list of visible columns
