Move tooltip to an info image; assorted pattern search dialog fixes

Followup to @lastonestanding 's comments !250 (comment 50087) and !250 (comment 49217)

  • Move big tooltip to an info icon.
  • Correct typos in translation contexts. Hopefully that will fuzz nicely.
  • Make the ext entry a bit wider.
