The GPU name is obtained from the OpenGL renderer string.
The implementation depends on libepoxy, glX and Xlib.
libepoxy is added as a new optional dependency to configure.ac.in.

Examples:
  GPU: Radeon RX 5500 XT
  GPU: llvmpipe (LLVM 11.0.0, 256 bits)
  [not tested] GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti/PCIe/SSE2

Tested with Mesa 20.3.0-rc1.

This ensures existing xfce_spawn* functions that were exposed maintain their existing behavior.

This change effectively "daemonizes" processes started from
xfce_spawn_on_screen, re-parenting them to init. It additionally
points their basic fds (stdin,stdout,stderr) to /dev/null
to supress output in the process starting the spawn

This should fix the crash in xfce4-session#86 and also some
side-effects like icons with a path not being loaded correctly.

XFCE desktop shortcuts are unusable for about 30-40 seconds
after switching from tty to Xorg if there exists a .Xmodmap
file in $HOME. Without a .Xmodmap file, the delay is about 10
seconds. Similar behavior gets triggered when a keyboard is
reconnected to an USB port. With this patch, desktop shortcuts
are usable immediately (likely in less than 0.25 seconds after
switching from tty to Xorg).

An issue not fixed by this patch is that /usr/bin/xmodmap
can be executed about 30 times after switching to Xorg.
However, on the tested machine with a relatively small .Xmodmap
this does not pose a performance issue which would be noticeable
by the user.
