Players are now identified by their real name. It prevents storing all
player's instances in config file. It's not backward compatible, so the
settings keys are different now.

All players disappears from menu after closing by default (possible to
change the behavior in settings dialog).

By doing all these changes, Chromium started working, too.

Allow to choose whether to display input only or output only
notifications.

Toggling mute is always visible for input and output except "None".

This commit introduces optional support for system sounds as audio
feedback when changing the volume with e.g. multimedia keys. This is
provided via libcanberra, either enabled or disabled at compile time.
Furthermore there is a setting in the properties dialog (FALSE by
default) to allow users to enable/disable this feature.

    Add initial MPRIS2 support.
    This still requires some cleanup and a bit of refactoring, but should be at a usable point.

Defaults to 153% (pavucontrol reports 11.08dB)

Make the default mixer command a compile-time option and rename mixer
name to mixer command since it is interpreted a command which can be
optionally specified with full path and command line options.

Wired up a "mixer-name" property.

enable-keyboard-shortcuts property not yet working (?)
