E.g. when "Use intermediate file on copy" is enabled, hidden files will be renamed (moved) to non-hidden files. This use-case now is as well properly handled for remote locations.

Directly preload all image-preview thumbnails together with the default thumbnails, in order to reduce wait time between images when watching them

- fix regression introduced in  d566b0a1
- Directly update image when image preview is enabled

Use "thunar_file_request_thumbnail" instead of directly using the thumbnailer, like it is done for other thumbnail requests.

Like that the thumbnail will be updated on file changes (amoung other minor advantages)

- make use of the correct thumbnail size instead of 'thumbnailer->thumbnail_size' which is just the default

Before at startup it was possible to have 0 as request_id if proxy state is THUNAR_THUMBNAILER_PROXY_WAITING, resulting in the requester not beeing able to properly process the "request-finished" signal.
