Apply matching xfwm4 when the switch is clicked

Elliot Lurie requested to merge BlindRepublic/xfce4-settings:update_wm_theme into master

Currently, the appearance settings dialog only syncs the matching xfwm4 theme when a theme option is selected and not when the sync switch is toggled active. This patch makes activating the switch apply the matching theme as well.
