Ctl_L + Alt_L + Return cannot be affected to a program launcher

Description

When I open Keyboard settings and try to assign Ctl_L + Alt_L + Return to opening an Xterm, either Ctl_L + Return or Alt_L + Return or Ctl_L + Alt_L are assigned, but never the 3 keys...

FYI:

  • I'm using an Apple KB connected by USB to my laptop.
  • xev returns correct assignments of each key individually
  • When using Ctl_L + Alt_L + Return on the laptop's native KB, it generates Ctl_L + Alt_L + KP_Enter and works perfectly to open an xterm.
