We use this precision internally since 80f704d3, and the same goes on
wayland.

There's a linking problem with common apparently, I'm not sure how to
fix that or if it can be fixed, so the simplest seems to be to add the
source to each executable that uses it, instead of linking to common.

It shouldn't make any difference in practice, this property is only read
by the dialog (not by xfsettingsd) to detect the active profile if
different from Default, but it's better if it actually reflects the
current state.
