xfce4-display-settings shows doubled refresh rates

Hi,

I have a new laptop with a Innolux N140HCR-GL2. It's a 60Hz monitor. xrandr shows:

eDP-1 connected 1920x1080+1920+1080 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 309mm x 173mm
   1920x1080 60.01*+ 60.01 59.97 59.96 59.93
   1680x1050 60.01 59.95 59.88
   ...

However, xfce4-display-settings-4.19.2 offers for 1920x1080: 60.01, 120.02, 199.94, 59.96, 59.93 Hz

I saw this before, 4 years ago: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15327

The conclusion was it was a a xrandr bug, however Gnome was fixed by taking into account DoubleScan/Interlace options. Seems like xfce4-display-settings should do the same?

Thanks!
