xfce4-display-settings, add option [ ] show all profiles

Sometimes in Advanced when storing a profile with a name, it fails because there is already a profile with that name but it's not shown. I guess this is because only "profiles matching the currently connnected displays" are shown. There should be a switch to [x] Show all existing profiles.

Currently the only workaround is xfce4-settings-editor -> Channel "displays" -> Reset
