Feature Request: XDG Accent Color

I would love to see XDG Accent Color support in XFCE Settings, likely under Appearance.

There should be a way to choose one manually using the GTK color palette picker and color wheel, as well as optionally by dominant color of desktop wallpaper.

It should also be advertised so XDG-Desktop-Portal-accent-color picks it up for usage in FlatPak apps.
