Disable touchpad while typing does not work if delay less that 1 sec

Description

After upgrade xubuntu found that Mouse and Touchpad setting "Disable touchpad while typing" does not work, if I put delay less than 1sec. I had 0.6 sec before, but now it does not work. If I put 1sec or more, touchpad is disabling. In additional, 1 sec looks like 2sec.
