Add support for power profiles daemon

Elliot Lurie requested to merge BlindRepublic/xfce4-power-manager:power_profiles into master

Adds two settings (profile-on-ac and profile-on-battery) configurable through the settings manager to set the desired PowerProfilesDaemon profile depending on whether or not the machine is plugged in.

While this works as far as I've tested, I definitely need feedback on my integration in the settings panel, how the settings are handled, and the code style.
