Feature request: Use the power-profiles-daemon.

My proposal is to integrate the power profiles support, taking advantage of Bastian's new project for gnome.

Some time ago I wanted to do something similar with tuned, but I discovered the same limitations as Bastien 😅 but now having a project like this on the Gnome side, we can implement it, relatively reliably.
