Automatically lock the session when the screensaver is deactivated

Description

I cannot keep this option, I mean, always after a reboot or system sleep this option returns to "when the screensaver is activated"

This is more problematic than it seems because if the session is locked when screensaver is activated the system cannot goes for sleep, since the session is locked and auth is needed.

I would like can keep this option in "when the screensaver is deactivated" always.

I'm running on ArchLinux with Linux 4.6.4 and xfce4-power-manager 1.6.0 from Arch User Repository https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-power-manager-devel/ version in Extra repos is 1.4.4 https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/xfce4-power-manager/ but both they experience this error.
