Make 24px icons sharper

@Tamaranch, sorry I didn't see the mention in #385 (closed) until working on the slider plugin. So I started working on these then, but when I came to add a MR I saw you did an update to scale them. And while !114 (merged) does look much better, I manually scaled these and grid aligned them as ochosi mentioned here. So they should have a sharper look (maybe easier to see in the pager, windowmenu, and directory icons).

Scale and grid-align pixels at 24px for sharper look in Panel Preferences > Items tab
