Launch xfce4-panel-profiles with '--from-panel'

This patch allows xfce4-panel to open xfce4-panel-profiles with --from-panel option (see this merge request from xfce4-panel-profiles).

Make sure to first apply the patch on xfce4-panel-profiles repository, otherwhise the app won't be launched because it will not recognize the option.
