Open xfce4-panel on close button (bug #16505)
This is my solution to #16505 on bugzilla. It simply reopens xfce-panel if xfce-panel-profiles is launched with --from-panel option and if the user click on Close button.
Obviously I need to open a merge request on xfce-panel to launch this app with the new option.
