Tumbler does not appear in the Xfce Developer Center

yes, tumbler is not part of xfce-build container, so no documentation generation: https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-dev-tools/-/blob/master/ci/build_libs.sh#L22

tumbler has been added. Now tumbler doc need to be updated to match what we are doing on other components, will do that later©®

I still can't see Tumbler on the site, is there a delay for it to appear?

The container is currently only rebuilt once per week.
