Move trash infobar to the bottom (Issue #605)

In order to prevent tabs jumping up and down when trash is one of them

It is ok, having it on the top is probably better but I don't know if it is worth the trouble.

Alright, thanksfor review! I actually like it on the bottom ... than lets just merge it.
