Trash infobar makes tabs jumping up and down

When having several tabs open, one of them beeing trash, than cycling through the tabs will be annoying, since once trash is opened, the tabs will jump up/down because of the new trash infobar.

Because of that, I think we need to relocate the trash infobar inside the tab, not on the top of all tabs.
