Always expand name column in auto-expand mode (#736)

Alexander Schwinn requested to merge alexxcons/thunar:#736_always_expand_name_column into master

This change somewhat makes #545 (closed) obsolete, since the name column always will fill up any empty space. (As well if "automatically-expand-columns as needed" is disabled)

If the window size is changed, or the auto-expand of the name column is pressed, now the name column will always take any unused space.

Fixes #736 (closed), #545 (closed) and #479 (closed)
