[Feature] Allow mixing "Resize columns as needed" option per row

Use case

In detailed view, the Type column can be quite wide if there are symbolic links in the listing as Thunar shows the symlink path in that column. As a result i'd like to keep this column down to a fixed size that allows me to see enough in order to make use of it but still leaves as much width as possible to the Name column. At the same time i very much want that the name column can automatically grow when resizing the window to make use of the extra width.

Possible solution

Allow setting or overriding the Resize columns as needed option on a per-row basis. As a result, it should be possible to set an override for the Type row and give it a fixed size while still having all other rows adapt accordingly.
