Ghost file ocasionally remains when dropping file into directory

Steps to reproduce:

  • thunar -q;thunar
  • quickly DnD some file into some directory, you need to be fast to trigger the bug ... minimize the drag time, best move into a folder located directly near the file. --> file will still be shown in parent directory, but is not there any more CTRL+R will update the view.
  • That will work only once for each file. One can create a new file, which than can be affected by the bug.
  • Seems not to matter which view is used
  • Happens with/without gvfs enabled

The attached patch seems to fix the bug: 0001-possible-reload-fix.patch
