Reload files/folders only once, not multiple times
Inspired by a comment of Harald Judth: https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13364#c15
The method thunar_file_reload
currently is executed multiple times for the same folder on different actions.
This can slow down things on some devices and remote locations.
An idea would be to put the request into a queue, wait for some fixed delay (100ms?), remove all duplicate requests on the queue for a specific file and only after that execute thunar_file_reload
once for that file.
... actually it should be sufficient to use a flag reload_requested
in thunar-file together with a delay instead of a central reload thread.
Here an example https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13364#c17 I guess that decentral approach should be preferred.
