Now making use of widget templates and proper height-for-width geometry.
Header bars are used depending on the gtk setting, and deprecated
functions have been removed (modulo GtkAction).

and introduce symbolic icons in the places we're messing with.

Optional plugins are not ported yet. We use a shitload of
deprecated Gtk APIs now. Not all features work.
It doesn't look great yet. There are bugs.

But, well, it's a first step.

The old way of using gtk_combo_box_new_text() with GtkComboBox is
deprecated and going away in Gtk3

Remove them or replace them with vim modelines where appropriate.

This change prevents the "Set as wallpaper" entry from showing up in the
xfdesktop context menu for plain text files. For reasons yet unknown,
this is not necessary for the context menu in thunar.

Xfdesktop assumes single-workspace-mode = TRUE, so we need to do
the same when setting wallpapers in Thunar. Thanks to ToZ for
finding this.
