thunar-launcher: "current_directory_selected" --> "files_are_selected"

Using "files_are_selected" instead of "current_directory_selected" since
it is less ambiguous. "current_directory_selected" was used in the
context that nothing is selected before. That would lead to trouble when
used in the tree-view, where it is possible to actively select the
current directory.
