autotools-build: Search for xdt-gen-visibility also in the working tree

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/libxfce4windowing:xdt-gen-visibility into main

In anticipation of its copying by xfce-do-release when generating tarballs, so as not to need xfce4-dev-tools to build them. Meson takes care of all this, from searching the working tree to adding to the tarball.
