Some modern keyboards provide special keys for various actions. This commit provides default keybindings for some of them which do make sense for thunar.

Introduce a new hidden setting property "misc-ctrl-scroll-wheel-to-zoom" that allows users to toggle zoom with the ctrl + scroll wheel combination.

By default, this feature is enabled (set to TRUE).

This change reverts c0d278a1 so that adding toolbar buttons does not
increase the minimum width of the Thunar window anymore.

Further ensure that every toolbar item has a label which is used to
identify the item in the overflow menu.
