Cannot copy elements in MuseScore if clipboard history is not empty

Steps to reproduce
- Make sure you have a non-empty clipboard history
- Open MuseScore and create a new score
- Insert some notes and select them
- Use the copy action, then select another location in the score and use the paste action
Expected results: the notes are pasted in the new location
Actual result: nothing seems to happen
