Add Ctrl modifier text next to dimensions in region selection

In order to improve awareness of the Ctrl modifier with region selection, I propose that text like '(press Ctrl to move selection)', '(move selection with Ctrl)', or '(Ctrl to move)' be added next to or below the dimension text.

Note that, the dimension text is only visible when display compositing is enabled.

-1 from me, useful the first time, annoying forever. Making it configurable/dismissable is code that I don't want to add/maintain.

Not sure how its annoying, as its doesn't get in the way of screenshooting. I've used region selection thousands of times, but never look at the dimensions that are displayed, as its not relevant.
