    - re-add "none" application, fixes the segfault in the plugin 
      dialog.
  * lib/screenshooter-dialogs.c (screenshooter_dialog_new):
    - add a "Application:" label.
    - Improve the layout.
    - the "Default save location" label should not be bold.
