Incorperate/backport the official GTK(4?) fix that makes maximized windowcontrols obey Fitts' law

But within the past year, the original upstream GTK(4?) issue was fixed with the following merge:
However, it's my impression that all current GTK development is for GTK4 and that Xfce maintains its own older fork of GTK2/3, thereby wouldn't it require a manual backport in order to fix this in Xfce?
