Hotkeys to move windows with keyboard

Suggesting to offer hotkeys that would allow user to move active windows with keyboard.
Total of 4 hotkeys, one for each direction: Up, Down, Left, Right

The tricky part would be, developer would have to decide the default increment used for each time the hotkey is applied. Would probably be nice if there was a setting value for this somewhere so user can decide how many pixels gets applied with each hotkey press.

Would also be nice if user can hold down the shortcut.

For example if CTRL+RIGHT was set to move window to the right.
-A single tap of CTRL+RIGHT would move the window default increment
-Hold down CTRL+RIGHT would repeat the action over and over until released

I know this will not be added, but had thought about this when I was making the following post about a different set of shortcuts (which also will not be added :)
