Hotkey to adjust window size with keyboard

(Doubt this would get considered / probably kind of tricky to achieve)

Suggesting to offer hotkeys that would allow window sizes to be adjusted with keyboard shortcuts.

Now for some of the tricky parts.
-Would have to decide the default increment used for size increase/decrease (would probably be nice if there was a setting value for this somewhere)

-Would need minimum of 8 different hotkeys for this.
-Up increase / decrease
-Down increase / decrease
-Left increase / decrease
-Right increase / decrease
(Another 8 hotkeys would be needed if include the 4 diagonals, but I probably would not include shortcuts for diagonals)

Just for a simple example user can use
Ctrl + 4 Arrow keys for increase window size
Alt + 4 Arrow keys for decrease window size

These actions can also be combined with window snap hotkeys.
So user can Super + Arrow snap a window to left or right side of their screen and then adjust that windows width while window is still snapped to screen edge.
