Unusual tag names for 4.15.1 and 4.14.5

See 4404740e and d331c9b2. Both tags have the form xfwm4-4-1… instead of xfwm4-4.1….

This was a mistake and the 4.15.1 release was corrected by adding a secondary tag that matches the overall naming scheme. https://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfwm4/-/tags/xfwm4-4.15.1

For the future we want to make releasing possible via a GitLab pipeline, so such manual errors don't occur anymore.
