'Show desktop' restores windows on every second usage

Description

After using the show desktop shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+D) or the panel widget to minimize all windows, using it again would restore them. This works well when the windows are still minimized, but when one or more windows is already restored, the expected behavior would be to minimize the restored windows. Also, this was the behavior in previous versions.
