Dragging windows with key does not work if a shortcut for this key exists

Description

I guess this bug is closely related to another issue (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7845), but it involves a different component of the DE so I thought I'd create a new one for it.

When you assign a key for dragging and dropping windows (e.g. Super) and simultaneously have a keyboard shortcut for only this specific key (e.g. Super for popping up the whisker menu), the window drag and drop with this key is not possible anymore.
