allow to move and resize by the Meta Key

Description

If I go to "detailed settings of the window management" -> "mode of access" -> "keyboard key to take and move windows" and select Meta instead of Alt then windows are still moved by Alt + mouse drag instead of the Meta/Super key + mouse drag. My personal preference is Meta since I use this key for all window / desktop related operations as most applications do not make use of it directly.
