Maximize button doesn't work when Chrome window is tiled

Description

When I use the "Tile window to left" or "Tile window to right" window manager action, the maximize button on the window doesn't work until I drag the window out of its tiled position.

Observed in XFCE 4.10.1 on Fedora Core 20.
