Make mousewheel left/right on window bar changing transparency an option and document it

Description
When the compositor is enabled and a window is quickly shaded and unshaded (e.g. by using the mousewheel on the titlebar, even if accidently), chances are that the window eventually becomes half-transparent and stays this way. The only solution is to restart the application the window belongs to.
