minimizing and unminimizing application doesn't restore to the same place

The virt-manager application seems to 'move' when minimizing and un-minimizing. it should restore to the same place it was minimized from. This doesn't happen on many applications, so perhaps virt-manager is doing something different here.

Happy to test or gather more info.
