Added missing Keywords entry to .desktop file

Hi, I from Debian community. I used the lintian tool and encountered a message indicating that xfdesktop: desktop-entry-lacks-keywords-entry for [usr/share/applications/xfce-backdrop-settings.desktop]. This commit fix it. Thank you!
