Various keyboard shortcut improvements for the icon view

  • Add toggle-cursor to the keyboard shortcuts editor.
  • Allow GtkWidget to handle activating our GtkBindingSet.
  • Make space characters work during keyboard navigation.
  • Don't let keybindings that are printable characters interfere while we're in the middle of keyboard navigation. This isn't perfect, because if you have a keybinding set that you use to start keyboard navigation, that won't work: the keybinding will get activated. But there's not much I can do there, honestly.
