Improve fallback theme

  • Clean up the CSS code
  • Use selected_bg_color for regular label background instead and apply shading to darken it
  • Remove :backdrop styling to disable visual change on focus switch (yes/no?)

Tested with Adwaita and Breeze which both do not provide any xfdesktop specific styling. For Greybird there is a MR that updates the theme for 4.19.x -> https://github.com/shimmerproject/Greybird/pull/338.
