Allow setting custom desktop font color

It would be nice to have easy access to set a custom desktop font color, as it is to set a custom desktop font size.

Suggestion of how it would look by removing ' size:' from the end of the checkbox label and add a color picker control, as found on the background tab of the dialog.

Was suggested here by a visually impaired user, though i've had difficulties reading white font text when using a light background image.

So strange to see that there is a duplicate, but i guess when i searched for 'color' the duplicate with 'colour' didn't show. ROTFL.
